2019-2020 pool season has been a rocky one. And a sudden end to boot.

There's lots in this email, so please read carefully.

The last match that will be considered, is the match played 12MAR2020. I know some of you played double headers, but to keep the number of matches equal, I am not considering them.

1) ALL OUTSTANDING FEES MUST BE PAID ON OR BEFORE 26MARCH OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY PRIZE OR PAYOUT.
--eTransfer the fees to jenny@jennykayla.com or my phone. Use EPPA2020 as the password.

2) Payouts will be sent to Captain's on or about April 2, as originally planned, by eTransfer. Captain's can distribute as they see fit.

3) I will be prorating the payouts based on how you finished the season. I will do some math and try to be as fair as I can.

4) Since the year end tournament is cancelled, I will just roll all the collected fees into one payout structure.

5) Pool cue raffle. Keep your tickets! I will do the draw the same day I send payouts.

6) Anyone who wants to buy tickets can etransfer me the money. CLEARLY state that this is for the raffle. I will keep tickets, names and put them all in the hat. Deadline to buy tickets is 26MARCH.
