I've caught up with all the scores and fees.

NOTE: After consulting with head office and other leagues, here is the new policy.
Any fees owing as of the last scheduled night of play, means that team will not be permitted to play in the year end tournament. Nor will that team be entitled to a portion of the year's fees.

EPPA has two payouts at the end of the season
1) A year end tournament where the prize fund is 60% of fees paid during the season. Typically it is a round robin format and handicaps apply as usual.
2) All teams who have paid their fees in full, will be entitled to a portion of the remaining funds. All teams will receive some money back, depending on how they finish, according to the newsletter.

All payouts will be given on the tournament date at the end of the event. Also, typically, head office provides a cue. There will be a raffle, $1 per ticket. Draw will be on the day of the year end tournament. Proceeds from the raffle will be added to the payouts.
