I have updated everyone's handicap. Here's how it works.
>12 means that this person has a minimum of 12. If their average goes higher, use the average.
>10 means minimum of 10.
0 means they get their average.
-2 means they get their average MINUS 2.

I did not adjust the handicaps for the first week. Some players were optimistic in their memory! Both captains should be reviewing the averages each week to ensure the handicap is correct. I can't do that.

Reminder: each person's average/handicap is entered with ONE DECIMAL PLACE.
Add up each team. Subtract. Then round. If .5, round up. If .4 round down.
Handicap for each round is a whole number only.
